Editors Lijnzaad and van Woudenberg (International Law Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Netherlands), with contributions from 10 co-authors, offer a collection of writings that focus on the legal and cultural elements of the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954.
