Developed by the Lao Statistics Bureau with support from the Asian Development Bank and partners, the publication offers tailored methodologies, indicator frameworks, and stakeholder-specific strategies to strengthen inclusive data systems. With case studies, tools, and step-by-step guidance, stakeholders can strengthen their capacity to collect, analyze, and use inclusive, disaggregated data, advancing the Lao PDR’s progress toward its development priorities.
