Professionalism in Library Management

The present compendium ＂Professionalism in Library Management＂ narrates steps from choice of books/journals, cataloguing, placement, retrieval, service and reentry. Internet and digitization have added more width and depth to the services of library. Plagiarism is assuming alarming proportion and needs to be minimized and even eliminated. The e-books/e-journals/e-proceedings saving space, time and resources are now replacing conventional library services.
