It is an impossible task to teach and coach about unhelpful thoughts and feelings in the absence of one’s own thoughts and feelings. Equally to poke around in the brain of others without being the presence of the brain itself. Make no mistake, Bliss does not breech confidentiality of any who have sought her support, so relax to those who are are close friends and family reading right now. The main ’patient’ of this book is Bliss herself.＂＂
