Beautiful charming and free spirited Dr. Trishika Kapoor thrives on love and friendship and will do anything for the person who's sweet and nice to her. She's incapable of hating anyone but that truth ends when she comes across, the extremely handsome, but, dark and ruthless Dr. Aditya Khanna. Unlike Trish, Adi is a loner and loves the dark world he lives in, never wanting to share it with anyone and if there's anything he greatly detests then, it's the emotion called love and all emotions that lead to it.

Circumstances makes Trish hate that man with such passion she even goes to the extent of marrying him with the sole intention of ruining him completely.
