This book is a collection of the lectures given during the 55th, 56th and 57th courses of the International School of Subnuclear Physics, which was held in Erice in 2017, 2018 and 2019, in June each year. The course covered the most recent advances in theoretical physics and the latest results from current experimental facilities.
