Orang & Hutan

Orang and Hutan are the best of friends. Hutan provides Orang with food, shelter and a place to rest. Orang takes good care of Hutan. But one day, when Orang wakes up, Hutan is gone. What happened to Hutan? What will Orang do now? This tender story about the importance of trees and how all living things are connected, will inspire children to love and protect nature.

J.H. Low has a degree in fine art, a MA in Children’s Illustration, and a PhD in Art. A 2016 finalist for Best Children’s Title at the Singapore Book Awards and the first runner-up for the 2019 Scholastic Picture Book Award, J.H. Low is known for his masterful illustrations and delightful children’s picture books. Some of his works include the Four Tooth and Friends series, Dragon’s Egg, Lost in the Gardens and Night in the Gardens.
