Yen-Lin Agnes Chiu is an Associate Professor at Fu Jen Catholic University, School of Law. She obtained a doctoral degree in law from the University of Linz in Austria, a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Columbia University in the United States and is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York.
