Dr. Anuradha M, Principal and Director R&D at Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences, Bangalore, India is deeply involved in fostering innovations and entrepreneurship. she has served as a Scientist at Dr. Reddy’s Research Foundation and SAMI Labs, playing a key role in setting up tissue culture labs in both industry and academia. Her expertise in plant biotechnology, plant tissue culture, nutrition, and nutraceuticals is reflected in her 50+ published articles, books, and granted patents.

Dr. S. Balasubramanya is currently working as a general manager at the Association of Biotechnology Led Enterprises (ABLE). He has obtained his doctorate degree in botany from Bangalore University, India. His notable achievements include holding several patents, including a US patent (no. 9565804) focusing on enhancing secondary metabolites and nutrients in plants. His research focus is on medicinal plants, plant biotechnology and the promotion of sustainable practices.
