圖書簡介由於與菌根真菌共生的作物,其所分泌的活性物質會誘使在共生作物附近的叢枝菌根真菌孢子萌發,進而菌絲生長至共生作物的根部達到共生效果。此外叢枝體在皮層細胞內的散佈也增加其與作物原生質膜接觸的面積,進而促使離子交換及營養元素的吸收,番荔枝為臺東地區重要經濟果樹作物之一,由於不合理的施用化學肥料,使得台東地區許多的番荔枝果園呈現土壤酸化,導致番荔枝植株產生酸性土壤營養障礙,使得番荔枝果實產量和品質受到影響,因此臺東已進行番荔枝接種叢枝菌根真菌之相關試驗,以做為番荔枝合理化施肥方法之參考。
