洛神葵花去籽機改良試驗

洛神葵在台灣東部和南部的山坡地均有種植；其中以台東縣卑南鄉、金鋒、金崙、太麻里、鹿野、大武等鄉鎮種植較多，近年來全縣種植面積維持在約150公頃左右，以金峰鄉及太麻里鄉最負盛名，是為台東地區的地方特產作物。洛神葵花開花時枝枝開花，節節著果，花色鮮艷迷人；洛神葵除了風乾做為引用湯汁外，對夏暑燥熱性虛火上升、高血壓、全身倦怠，則有清熱、解渴、止咳、降血壓等效用；也可以製成蜜餞、果醬等加工品。洛神葵萃取成分也可以提供製藥或健康食品。又因其產品花色鮮紅美麗，味道清爽帶點酸味，甚受消費者的喜愛。
