本書為著者於2014年～2016年間，發表於《Storage Management Solutions, SMS(ISSN:2223-0491)》、《Annual Quality Congress Transactions, AQCT(ISSN：2220-9123)》、以及《Advances in Engineering Education, AEE(ISSN：2224-7491)》等期刊的學術研究論文，內容包含專案管理、成人教育、人才發展品質管理系統（TTQS）以及數位學習等領域主題，係作者十數年來，在高雄市立空中大學從事教學、研究、行政、以及社會服務等經驗的梳理，再經過文獻探討或實證研究結果的歸納整合，勤懇精心撰寫的學術研究論文，經過各期刊的審查委員審查通過後，獲得刊登出版的公開性學術期刊論文。

Certificates: IPMA Project Manager, Chair Professor, Adjudicator; PMP and Service Quality Control officer of Standard Ministry of France; Customer Relationship Manager, Conflict Manager, Marketing Manager, International Enterprise Manager of England City & Guide; ISO 9000 Leading Auditor; ISO10015 Leading Auditor; ISO10006 Leading Auditor; TTQS Talent Quality Manager of Ministry of Labor Taiwan; Doctor of Management Professional, Risk Manager, Non-Profit Organization Project Management Professional, Certificate of Portfolio Manager, Strategic Manager of IOPCA.
