Dorcas Delali Lotsu is a young Ghanaian woman, with a background marked by hardship and whose life story embodies resilience, faith, and purpose. From an early age, Dorcas understood the weight of choice and the transformative power of direction. At just seventeen, a decisive turn toward intentional living set the course for a life marked by determination, resilience, and impact. That decision not only shaped her path but also became the foundation of a lifelong mission: to awaken others to the reality that no life is accidental, and that every person is created with a specific purpose. Dorcas is a multilingual professional, translator, and conference interpreter. Beyond her linguistic expertise, she is a passionate advocate for education, youth empowerment, and personal development. She currently serves as the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) Youth Leader for Ghana. Previously, she worked as the Programme Officer and French Coordinator for West Africa at the Youth Bridge Foundation, where she created platforms and opportunities to empower young people across the region. Her voice extends beyond formal roles. Dorcas is also a writer, having published thoughtful articles on political issues, democracy, and personal growth. She frequently moderates and hosts discussions that give young people space to engage, share, and influence conversations about youth matters and development.
