Principles of Management and Leadership in a Global World is the second edition of the book that aims at elaborating the concept of management and leadership, and insights concerning different aspects of them. As we go through the chapters, we will consider a variety of key learnings to be conveyed to the readers.

In this chapter is concluded that has been a lag between the introduction of new ways of doing jobs and labor displacement from the old economy into the digital one.
In chapter seven is discussed time and stress management. Namely, on an organizational level, stress can affect performance and attitudes and can cause burnout.
