On Christmas Eve, a ruthless London crime magnate is imprisoned inside his own smart home by an AI incarnation of his dead partner and forced to confront the human cost of his empire as a citywide cyberattack threatens his legacy.

Ebenezer Scrooge is the untouchable head of a global criminal syndicate built on logistics, finance, and data infrastructure. As London prepares for Christmas, public unrest grows around one of his redevelopment projects. That night, Scrooge survives an assassination attempt just as a massive cyber event-dubbed Y2C-begins crippling the city’s transit, communications, and security systems.

Retreating to his fortified townhouse, Scrooge discovers he is locked inside by his own smart-home system, now controlled by an AI manifestation of his deceased partner, Jacob Marley. Marley informs him that the empire itself has generated a conscience, and before dawn Scrooge will be shown visions of his Past, Present, and Yet to Come.

As London descends into chaos, Bob Cratchit-a Scotland Yard detective embedded deep within Scrooge’s organization-scrambles to protect his family amid a violent power grab by rival syndicates and the extremist Wren Boyz. Cratchit’s son Tim, a gifted but addicted hacker, is coerced into helping steal Scrooge’s Shadow Ledger, an offline record of every crime and payoff.

Through immersive visions, Scrooge relives his abusive upbringing, the death of his sister Frannie, and the moral compromises that led him to abandon his mentor Fezziwig for the ruthless Jorkin syndicate. In the present, he witnesses the suffering enabled by his silence-child labor, exploited addicts, and his nephew Fred’s descent into nihilism. In the future, Scrooge sees a world where his empire survives him under even crueler hands.

Breaking at last, Scrooge repents sincerely, unlocking Marley’s failsafe-an AI countermeasure capable of neutralizing Y2C. In a final confrontation, Scrooge must sacrifice his power and identity to save Tim, expose the global syndicate and stabilize a city in ruins.
