The StoryThe world is under the control of the Shinra Electric Power Company, a shadowy corporation that is draining the planet’s life force (Mako) for energy. Cloud Strife, a former member of Shinra’s elite SOLDIER unit turned mercenary, lends his aid to an underground resistance group called Avalanche. What begins as a mission to sabotage Shinra’s reactors turns into an epic struggle to save the planet and confront a haunting ghost from Cloud’s past: the legendary villain Sephiroth.
