When washed-up musician Lance Skelton moves his pregnant wife Josie and young daughter Cassie into Apartment 72 of the Dakota-John Lennon’s former home-he believes the storied building might restart his career and save his family. Instead, the Dakota begins to wake up around them. Strange neighbors watch too closely. Security feels less like protection than surveillance. Cassie whispers about women singing to her from the park. Josie hears voices in empty rooms. And Lance finds a misplaced journal packed with frantic diagrams-floorplans laced with ritual geometry, symbols hidden in corners, and references to artifacts buried in the basement.

As Lance investigates, the Dakota’s history bleeds into the present: Native burial rites beneath Manhattan, counterculture excess in the rooftop ＂pyramids,＂ and dark connections to cult networks and shadowy government experiments. What starts as a psychological spiral becomes something more literal-the building isn’t just haunted; it’s a living ritual engine powered by memory, fear, and performance.
