The M-Swing: Michel Dion’s Golf Swing Technique

Michel Dion’s story is one that led him from the ice rinks of the National Hockey League to the fairways of quiet golf courses.
As an NHL All-Star goalie with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Michel redirected his focus from hockey to golf in 1986. He began his training under renowned Golf Coach David Leadbetter.
In 1995, he got certified as a Master Teacher with the United States Golf Teaching Federation. He is presently Swing Coach at The Professional Golfer’s Career College in Bluffton, South Carolina, where he has been teaching for the last sixteen years.
As a suggestion from his students, Michel decided to write The M-Swing. The M-Swing approach is built on the simplicity of step-by-step positions of the golf club and the body.
Its goal is to make the golf swing understandable and enjoyable for golfers of all levels. Based on his knowledge that golf simply cannot be learned through a quick drill or a few lessons, Michel shares what matters, what doesn’t, and what actually helps golfers improve.
