Between Seasons is a collection of reflective essays written from inside that shift-not after resolution, not toward answers, but from the middle of change itself.

Moving through internal seasons of pressure, thinning, and stillness, these essays offer recognition rather than instruction. They are not meant to fix or guide, but to sit beside you as you notice what feels heavier than it used to, what is loosening, and what no longer asks to be carried.

This is not a self-help book.

There are no steps to follow and no tidy ending.

It is a book to return to slowly, out of order, or alongside your own reflection-especially on the days when you can’t explain what you’re feeling, but know something is changing.

You are not behind.

You are simply in a season-and you’re allowed to take your time.
