Seventh day of the seventh month

Gokan is the third son of King Enma, the ruler of Japanese Underworld. He has spent eternity understanding everything except one inconvenient mystery: love. As an omniscient lord, he knows how the world works. Feelings, however, remain frustratingly illogical. A new threat is rising, one with the scale and ambition of a global apocalypse. While this delights general Raijin, who greatly enjoys a good fight, it drags Hell into yet another crisis that cannot be solved by knowledge alone.

At the center of it all is a Polish astronomy professor, whose soul arrives in the Japanese underworld under mysterious circumstances. What follows is a collision of old and new characters, ancient legends, modern fears, and the kind of chaos that emerges when different worlds and different ways of loving intersect.

This story is approximately 40% mythological adventure, 25% explicit m/m romance, 10% comedy, 10% everyday life in Hell, 10% murder mystery, and the remaining 5% is dedicated to the absolute truth about how difficult it is to find common ground when two Japanese persons attempt to date.
