YOU NEVER DEFENDED SPACE
You never defended space. You defended your schedule. Your infrastructure. Your sense of continuity. Space did not attack you. It did not threaten you. It did not issue demands or hold grudges or respect borders. It simply existed-cold, fast, indifferent, and very good at letting small mistakes become permanent. What we call "space defense" is not a shield. It is a negotiation with momentum. Satellites do not orbit politely. Debris does not forgive. Radiation does not warn. Objects moving at orbital velocity do not care whether you meant well, filed paperwork, or paid for the upgrade package. Defense, in space, is not about stopping attacks. It is about managing inevitabilities.
