NOTE ON READING
This book does not teach the body.
It shows it.
motion, pressure, warmth, rest. It may be read slowly,
as one would listen to rhythm
or watch light move across water. There is no meaning to extract, no lesson to hold
- only movement to observe. Every line describes what continues
whether read or unread. The words point only
to what is happening now. PRELUDE - THE ORIGIN OF FORM
From stillness, matter gathers.
Particles meet, bind, hold.
Pressure gives shape.
Heat steadies it. Form arises where flow meets resistance.
Structure appears in the pause of motion. Every body begins here -
stone, leaf, flesh, cloud.
Each follows the same order:
concentration, tension, release. The human form is no exception.
It is the earth folding itself into living shape,
gravity contained, warmth held,
motion slowed enough to be seen. Form is time made visible.
And when it loosens,
time returns to motion. This book is part of the "Timeless Wisdom Series", offering insights into spirituality, philosophy, psychology, and self-growth for readers of all ages.
