One Man’s Opinion

Wilbert is a graduate of the University of College Seminary of Los Angeles with a Doctor of Divinity. He is a Vietnam vet with his last duty station being Special Forces Group at Ft. Meade Maryland. He has a class A Builders license in Commercial and Resident and steel frame building. He is a certified drug and alcohol councelor, whose passion is motivating and helping others.
