Handing On the Baton

Aleta King directs the Conservatorium of Music at Avondale University. A three-time winner of coveted scholarships to the Kodály Institute of the Liszt Academy in Hungary, King wrote her Doctor of Musical Arts (Conducting) at Sydney University. She presents for the Oxford Conducting Institute and the International Society for Music Education and performed for HM Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace. Her vocal ensemble The Promise won two gold diplomas at the World Choir Games.
