Across the desert, Harley, an aging sculptor with a past he can’t outrun, fights to raise a towering
metal stallion alone under halogen lights. His creation is part myth, part confession, and the one
thing he still believes might make him whole.

When Ruben wanders into Harley’s orbit, sweat-stung and soul-starved, an unlikely partnership
forms. Together, they build something impossible. Together, they face everything they’ve buried.
And in a city that burns itself down every year, they discover what refuses to burn away.
