China and Us Foreign Investment Laws and Practices: A Theoretical Explanation of National Security Review

The book is a comparative study of the national security review of foreign investment laws in China and the US.

Liu Ziyu is a lecturer at China Foreign Affairs University. Her research area covers international investment law, Chinese law, and in particular, Chinese foreign investment law and comparative law. She holds a PhD in law from The University of Hong Kong. Prior to her doctorate, she obtained a Master’s degree in law from National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Renmin University of China.
