作者簡介

Jennifer King Lindley is an award-winning writer who covers positive psychology, wellness, and health from her home in South Bend, Indiana. Her work appears regularly in Prevention, O, Real Simple, Good Housekeeping and many other titles. She is getting better at mindfulness but keeps falling asleep during yoga resting poses.

Sarah Smith is the editor-in-chief of Prevention and oversees the health and wellness brand across all print and digital platforms. Prior to Prevention, she was the executive editor of Redbook; she also served as the editorial director of the family health brand Kiwi and in leadership roles at Parenting.
