Christine T. Hoeffner received a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. She has held a license to practice law for over 35 years from the State Bar of California and has been certified as a Specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
