ZVI LAVI is Senior Lecturer in Education at Oranim, University of Haifa. He has been a member of Kibbutz Sarid, Israel, since 1934 and is the former Director of the Institute on Research on Kibbutz Education at Oranim. Mr. Lavi is the author of Challenges in Education and many articles dealing with the problems of Kibbutz education.
