Laurel is a highly successful dentist in Seattle, Washington.

On paper, she had it all. Then one day, the paper crinkled. Her dental clinic was bought by a man who views hers as his personal assistant, her longtime boyfriend left her, then she gets news that shatters her world completely.

Caught in a vicious cycle of despair, Laurel throws caution to the wind when she meets her dental clinic’s new, devilishly handsome delivery man, Patrick Byrne.
