This is a work of historical and hermeneutic research, in which we seek to recover the primary meanings of the concepts used by Nicolaus Machiavelli, respecting their historical, social and political context. Bringing out the spirit of his time, and the implications that made him capture with such insight as a milestone the new philosophical and political expression: Realism.
