　　Kobi is a teenage Taiwanese boy of almost sixteen. He was abandoned by his parents and lives with his grandfather near the beach in Yilan County. Kobi's best friend is Ro-Ro Gway-Gway (Ro for short) the turtle. Ro taught him how to surf. This is the story of their adventures together, Kobi's first love and the life lessons he learns along the way.

　　閒暇之餘，不是跟最愛的兒子Tucka玩耍，便是與海浪為伍。

　　Writer, editor and translator Michael Angelou lives and works in Taipei.
