Many people with good physical look; very handsome or beautiful by all standards, wonder why some people would not want to keep their company. Others could not keep very important relationships and they wonder why. What most of these people could not appreciate is that, their personality or character expels people from them.  
      People would like to follow others, but not just anybody. If you desire to draw people to yourself, you need to develop an appealing personality and character which is admirable. According to Rick Gettle “In every walk of life, there is a common desire most people have: To be - liked, loved, popular, attractive, admired, respected, recognised, listened to, and considered important. To achieve this goal, a person would have to develop many positive qualities.”

People would like to identify with or follow others, but not just anybody. If you want to identify with the eagles, you must develop the character of an eagle. Your personality traits can alienate you from people of virtue. To soar higher with the eagles to achieve your vision and mission, you must work on your personality and character to bring out the best qualities in you.
