I present this book to teachers, students and parents of pupils in state schools with important knowledge and reflections to be taken into consideration within the family and in the continuity of the school where their child studies. By dealing with a range of knowledge, conceptions and disclosures, it leads the reader through the book to understand various relevant counterpoints for the teacher to support the family, and vice versa. It is also an instrument of self-help, to minimise the various problems that adolescents carry within themselves, and sometimes the countless solutions that are not listened to and analysed by parents and school leaders as a whole. In the classroom I observed countless practices, often conceived by students in the classroom, which left me feeling distressed and unresponsive. Instead of taking quick action, I retreated into what I was researching, which would one day be the subject of study and analysis. When students are angry about something, in most cases it’s because something isn’t right with them in the family.
