Eleonora Santos is Researcher at CARME--Centre of Applied Research in Management and Economics. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics, from the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra. She was Adjunct Professor at the D. Dinis Higher Education Institute (ISDOM), where she coordinated and taught 14 graduation courses. She has participated in several national and international R&D projects and was awarded with grants and scientific merit awards from the University of Coimbra, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (Portugal), Oxford University (UK)/General Electric Healthcare Budapest (Hungary), Tokyo Foundation (Japan), and Polytechnic Institute of Bragança. Her research interests include Development Studies, Business Economics and Industrial Organization, Tourism Management and Planning. Neuza Ribeiro received a post-doc in Management (2013) and a Ph.D. in Industrial Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Aveiro University (2020). She is an associate professor of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior at the School of Technology and Management, Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, and Researcher at CARME--Centre of Applied Research in Management and Economics. Her research focuses broadly on Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior.
Teresa Eugénio is a post-doctorate researcher in Management at University of Lisbon and holds a PhD in Management - Specialization in Accounting from University Institute of Lisbon. She is associate professor at the Management and Economics Department of ESTG / Polytechnic Institute of Leiria. She has participated in several research projects, and is the author of several books, book chapters and articles in national and international journals. Her research areas are: Social and Environmental Accounting.
