The author is married, lives in Parkton, Maryland and is a retired school principal. He spends his time working around his house, enjoying his ten grandchildren, traveling, and writing. John has four other books in print: A Taste of the Sun, Sitting in the Bloom of Us, Beckoned by Water: Called to Other Shores, and Adirondack Sojourn.
