At school Ava and Max were best friends forever, until he left town and inherited some money. A lot of money.

He’s back now with a fancy office and busy planning a huge charity event. Ava still lives with her grandma and works at the local coffee shop. When a meddling matchmaker engineers their reunion, it doesn’t take long for old feelings to resurface.
