Unleadership: Lessons We Learn From Bad Leaders

Unleadership is a book that examines how not to lead others. The book takes a look at the all the bad things an Unleader does and the lessons we can learn to be better leaders ourselves. So often we only look to learn from the success and greatness of leaders, when in fact some of the best lessons we have ever learned are from having experienced poor leadership. We learn what not to do! Think of this book as a quasi ＂meta-analysis＂ of leadership from all of the books, blogs, articles, research papers, that I have read and 40+ years of work experience.
