He founded the Research Group on Sustainable Infrastructure Management plus (RG-SIM+) and he is currently the leader of the team. He is currently a member of the Department of Quantity Surveying, Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria.

Seyi Segun Stephen is a Construction Manager and a graduate of FederalUniversity of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He is a Social Psychology, a Behavioural Sciences enthusiast and a member of the Research Group onSustainable Infrastructure Management plus (RG-SIM+).
