Lokanath Mishra, M.Sc. (Math), M. A(Eco) M.Ed. Ph.D. (Education), D.Litt. in Education, is working as Professor & Head, Department of Education, Mizoram University. Prof. Mishra is a trained academic leader under Ministry of Education, government of India. He has visited University of Pennsylvania, Cabrini University, Drexel University, USA for the training of Vice chancellor. He has a strong administrative experience. As the National coordinator of National Resource Centre of educational research, flagship Programme of Government of India (implemented in selected standard universities), Prof. Mishra has developed 40 content videos on education research under SWAYAM, Ministry of Education, Government of India. He has organized 72 workshops on different aspects of education. One of his papers entitled ＂Online Teaching-Learning during Covid-19 Pandemic＂ has been cited by 2416 persons from different countries.
