The collection of selected works of a prominent Kazakh constitutionalist, Doctor of Law, Professor K.K. Aitkhozhin considers a wide range of general theoretical and practical issues of the science of constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan: ontology of the Constitution, its social and legal essence, subject, content and form, legal properties.
