Pat Kuklenski broke into show business at the age of fifteen when she and her older sister toured the West in 1952 with a professional dance team booking clubs, bars, and fairs. Afterward, the two teenagers joined a chorus line in Seattle, became showgirls, and went on to perform in a traveling revue. This experience provides the material for Diary of a Dancin’ Girl.
