Professor Frank Lin teaches in the Information and Decision Sciences Department, CSUSB USA. He has received a number of grants and/or gifts from National Science Foundation, Department of Defense, Oracle Corp., GTE and Microsoft Corp., etc. He received his Ph.D. and an MBA in Management Information Systems from State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo). As an associate dean for international programs at CBPA, he also leads several short-term study abroad programs to Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, India, France, Germany, UAE, and Costa Rica.
Dr. David Pastor is a scientist with expertise in projects of Data & AI for Social Science, Sustainability, Life Sciences, and Biomedical techs with public and private sector partners. David Pastor is passionate about social innovation, data-driven strategy, interdisciplinary projects, and international collaborations. David Pastor is currently based on Madrid, a member of the itdUPM and working with research centers (UCSD, UPM, CNRS, UW), development international institutions (UN, IADB) and private companies (Telefonica, Orange) world-wide.
Dr. Nishtha Kesswani has received prestigious awards, including the UGC Raman Postdoctoral Fellowship tenable in USA and the Young Teacher Award. She received the M.Tech. degree from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT). She has a vivid teaching experience at several reputed universities, including California State University at San Bernardino and the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She has visited more than 15 countries and delivered invited talks at several conferences and workshops. She is currently with the Central University of Rajasthan, India.
Dr. Ashok Patel is a faculty at computer and information science, at UMass Dartmouth, USA. Before joining UMass, he taught at the Department of Computer Science of Florida Polytechnic University, USA. He primarily teaches cybersecurity courses and is researching an improved efficient fingerprint recognition algorithm and web usage mining. He’s particularly interested in personalizing the web experience for users and individuals using IoT. He has nearly 30 years of teaching experience.
Dr. Sushanta Bordoloi received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the Tezpur University (TU) in 2014, and the M.Tech. degree in VLSI and Ph.D. Degree from the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG) in 2016, and 2022, respectively. He has been a faculty member with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Mizoram since 2014, where currently he is the head of the Department. His research interest includes modeling and simulation of III-V semiconductor devices.
Dr. Chaitali Koley received her Ph.D. degree in Microwave from the University of Burdwan. She joined National Institute of Technology Mizoram in 2013, and currently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. She was the first full time head, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, and played a pivotal role in starting the M.Tech. Program in the specialization: Microelectronics and VLSI System Design in the year 2016. Her research interests are in microwave communication and microwave oscillators. She has published more than 50 research papers in reputed journals and conferences. She has completed two projects and has one ongoing project.
