We, Martina and Hans, are Twin Flames. We work as spiritual teachers, authors, guides, and intuitive healers. Through the last years, we have worked thousands of hours with our inner self and with clients in different ways. We want to share the knowledge we have gathered over the years, and we hope that this book can contribute with support, development, and inspiration on your spiritual journey.
In this book, you will have the opportunity to delve into your inner self in many different ways. The text in the book acts as a guide and leads you into your innermost core, your soul. We can look for the answers on the outside, but it is only when we turn our eyes inward that our real journey begins. When we really begin to face what is within us - all that we have turned away from for so long - that is when deep healing begins to take place and we are transformed.
If you are reading this text, you are most likely an old soul who has walked many lives here on earth. Old souls often feel misunderstood and alone here on earth, like they don’t fit in anywhere. If this applies to you, we want to give you some hope along the way. You are not alone, and it will get better! An important key here is to let go of everything that we carry and that is not ours to carry. Everything we caught inside, which was never meant for us. Most people we come into contact with live their lives based on other people’s expectations. They are busy trying to fulfill their parents’ dreams or to fit into society’s norms. But to truly find true joy and freedom, you need to find your own truth and what enriches you and your soul. You need to peel away everything that shaped and limited you - through upbringing, past life, and surroundings - to find who you really are. For many, this is a long journey, the journey called life.
The greatest thing we can do in this life is find our way back to ourselves, find our gifts and give them away. Living through one’s divine light is the very foundation or essence of Light work. You who hold this book in your hand are a light worker and when you find your inner light, you light up the world for people around you. You are healing the planet and raising its frequency more than you may realize. Imagine that every time you think a loving thought or every time you do something with love, that energy vibrates and spreads out into the Universe.

This book consists of a lot of information and exercises, all to contribute with help and understanding on your spiritual journey. Based on our own work, higher guidance, and many client sessions, we have carefully selected the blockages and limitations that are included in the book. It is our opinion that the further we get on our journey, the more we need to look at and work with. We peel back layer by layer, to finally get to the core.
Many times, it is not enough to work with a certain chakra or with one type of healing. We need to see the complexity of us humans and work with many different parts within ourselves. It can be challenging, but incredibly healing when we begin to see patterns we have or when we find deep blockages that we are given the opportunity to heal.
Don’t forget that you are amazing, and you can do anything! How do we know that? Well, because you’ve lived hundreds of lives before and made it all the way to here! Become aware of your soul’s immense power and ability to heal. It may sound cliche, but YOU have the ability to heal everything within you.
