Today, leadership and organizational culture are regarded as the pillars of employee motivation and commitment. However, it has been observed that many business leaders neglect these elements in favor of authoritarian management. Such a situation fails to instill in employees a sense of belonging and a general interest in their work and the company’s well-being. A stable, strong and appropriate culture is encouraged and required in today’s companies. According to research, leadership helps build this culture. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on the organizational culture of service companies. The study was conducted within a financial institution. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on culture. This work is intended for all service company managers seeking organizational effectiveness and employee commitment, researchers and students conducting or leading research in the field of Management and Leadership.
