In today’s society, teenagers often find themselves in situations where they interact with adults without the protective shield of their parents. While these interactions should ideally be harmless, the reality is that not all encounters are positive. From schools, hospitals, businesses, or offices to neighborhoods and shops, teenagers encounter adults who bring their personal issues or ＂baggage＂ into these environments. Various forms of trauma caused by adult bullying, discrimination, neglect, and more can lead to lifelong scars or worse. This book aims to address this issue by empowering teenagers to navigate such situations effectively.
