As well as being an illustrator, Brita is an exhibiting artist in her own right with a self-portrait in the Borchard Collection. Mick has lectured at The Royal College of Art, The Glasgow School of Art and various other universities. Last year, to add to their many accolades, Mick and Brita were nominated for the largest children s book prize in the world The Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award.
