The main objective of this work is to know, analyze, diagnose and based on this analysis and diagnosis, plan functional and successful strategies for an industrial company. It is important for any type of company to know where it is positioned today, and to have full knowledge of where they want to go, which is why a proposal for mission and vision was developed, structured as established in the various supporting literature and thus be able to define the short and long term objectives. The internal strengths and weaknesses were analyzed, which are the activities that the organization can control and that perform very well or very poorly. The external factors that affect the activities and performance of the company were analyzed through the company’s direct competitors. To conclude the work, a strategic formulation proposal was made to make decisions based on objective information.
