Cal, a scout in the Avion Guard, struggles to meet the expectations of his father, who happens to be his commanding officer. Chaise grew up in the historic city of Charleston, S.C. He graduated from Clemson University, with a degree in Finance and now resides in Raleigh, N.C. He enjoys frequenting locally sourced restaurants, kickball and softball leagues with friends, traveling, and regularly going to games to cheer on his Tigers. His first book, The Great Awakening is a collaboration with his mother, New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Tanya Anne Crosby, who served as illustrator for the book.
