The 2019 TICST has three keynote lectures by Professor Ovchinnikov Sergei Gennadievich (Kirensky Institute of Physics, Russia), Professor George Grant Hoag (Department of Chemistry, California Insitute of Technology, USA) and Professor Pin Han Ho (Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, Canada ).
